Brandon McLean serves as Practice Manager at The Laryngology & Voice Center of Beverly Hills, where he oversees day-to-day operations to ensure a seamless and exceptional patient experience. He brings extensive expertise in healthcare operations, surgical coordination, and patient services, optimizing workflows and implementing innovative systems that support both staff and patients.

As the practice's advanced patient liaison, Brandon provides concierge-level support and personalized guidance for patients throughout their care, including those with complex or high-profile needs. His background in project management, process improvement, and digital workflow innovation allows him to keep the practice running efficiently, making him an invaluable member of Dr. Rafii's team.

Johana Chavez Bustamante joins The Laryngology & Voice Center of Beverly Hills as our Virtual Patient Care Coordinator. She brings extensive experience in patient care coordination, scheduling, referrals, and administrative support, with a focus on delivering seamless, personalized experiences for every patient.

Johana has a strong background in managing complex cases, including Personal Injury and Workers' Compensation, and is dedicated to keeping communication smooth and organized between patients and our team. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional patient service make her a valuable addition to our practice.

Norea Massie is a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant at The Laryngology & Voice Center of Beverly Hills, where she provides hands-on support for patient care, assisting with clinical assessments, patient preparation, and follow-up care. She ensures every patient feels comfortable and supported throughout their visit, playing a vital role in helping Dr. Rafii deliver precise, attentive care for voice, throat, and laryngology patients.

Norea brings valuable experience from her work as an Emergency Medical Technician and in clinical volunteer roles, where she honed skills in patient care, wound management, and emergency response. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from UC Santa Cruz and is a certified Clinical Medical Assistant, combining a strong academic foundation with real-world clinical expertise to provide exceptional care to every patient.
